These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InstaPermit, operated by Definite Impact LLC (“InstaPermit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

InstaPermit provides software for monitoring permit information from supported government portals and presenting permit activity in a centralized workspace. Permit Submission features may be offered only through a limited pilot unless and until broader availability is announced.

Your account

You must be authorized by the contracting business represented in your account. You are responsible for accurate account information, account credential confidentiality, and activity under your account.

Portal credentials

By providing portal credentials, you represent that you are authorized to access those accounts and that your use complies with the applicable portal terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of InstaPermit does not violate a government portal’s terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use InstaPermit to:

Access accounts or information you are not authorized to access
Violate applicable law or a binding third-party requirement
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without authorization
Interfere with the operation or security of the service

Accuracy of information

InstaPermit retrieves information from third-party government systems. Those systems may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Do not rely solely on InstaPermit for a critical permitting decision; verify time-sensitive information with the relevant authority having jurisdiction.

Pricing and payment

Current monitoring pricing is listed at instapermit.com/pricing. A 30-day trial does not create a free-forever plan. Subscription, cancellation, and billing terms applicable to your account will be presented during signup or purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Liability limitations and warranty disclaimers in the final approved terms will govern use of the production service.

Termination

You may cancel as provided in your account or subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate use that violates these Terms or creates a security or legal risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws stated in the final approved service agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new last-updated date.
